Free standard UK delivery is available on every eligible online order. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and are normally delivered within a further 2–5 business days after dispatch, giving a total estimated delivery time of 3–7 business days.

For eligible online purchases, you may notify us that you wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving your order. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods. Please contact support@triplecuk.com before sending any item back so we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

Once a returned product has been received and checked, approved refunds are normally issued by Triple C within 10 business days to the original payment method.
